Just to the left of the Metal bridge is a deep pool about 8m deep depending on the water level. Rock formations and a small cave  make this an interesting dive. At the right time of the year Eels, Trout and Salmon can be seen and with excellent vis they can be easily spotted.

When there has been heavy rain the river will swell and flow faster, check the level gauge and it is recommended not to dive if it reads over 2m.
