Bewl Water
It is possible to dive at Bewl Water, but only by prior arrangement and with strict compliance to safety rules. This includes surface support from a dive boat. A copy of the safety rules and code of conduct can be found here.
There are three Areas earmarked for diving. The draw-off tower near the dam embankment, this is the deepest of the three dive sites. Dunster's Bay, which has the remains of an old mill and Hook Straight where there Hook Bridge is submerged are the other two.
